Important Notes:
- Action Required for All LNP NS1 Members: Please submit a form whether attending or not.
- Who Must Register: Pre-registration is required for all LNP Members, UD, Singles, and Guests.
- Children in FOJ, JYA, and YA: DO NOT NEED TO BE LISTED, but a headcount is required - to be entered at the end of the form.
- Individual Registration: If you are registering alone, please use the "Individual Pre-registration" button.
- Family/Group Registration: This option requires a minimum of two people.
- Registration QR codes for each group member will be sent to the primary registrant's email address.
